Bride & Groom Testimonials

"It was a last minute decision and it turned out to be the highlight of my wedding! I wanted a non-traditional wedding dance that was fun and could surprise our friends and family so they would never say that my husband cannot dance. Bev used to be my hip-hop instructor so I tried my luck by contacting her. We were lucky that she juggled around her schedule and gave us 4 hours of her time in the span of 10 days. She worked with the song we wanted to dance to - "Thrift Shop" - and the choreography was just perfect. Through the dance lessons, I learned how to trust my non-dancer husband by falling into his arms knowing that he would catch me whichever way I fall. It's the perfect marriage moment for us! Thank you, Bev!"

I called a few dance instructors to ask if any of them could help me and my wedding party learn a simple slow dance routine for my wedding day. None of them seemed to want to teach us since we were very particular and the song to which we wanted to dance was a non-English traditional Afghan song. My sister referred Bev to me. The first time I connected with her I felt like she could help me. She listened to what I wanted from her and she volunteered to make a video of the dance routine I had requested. She did a fantastic job with us. None of us are professional dancers but Bev was super patient with us in the class and worked with us individually to make sure we all mastered our moves.   When I asked her to modify a few things she gladly helped me get what I wanted. We were all so happy and we did a great job at my wedding. Everyone loved our dance! Thanks Bev! I will definitely use you for another choreographed dance soon.

Thank you for creating such a memorable experience for our wedding - our first dance was a lot of fun and all of our guests enjoyed it!  When my husband picked our first dance song, "More Than a Woman," I was panicked about how to actually 'dance' to the song.  I put the first dance planning off until two weeks before the wedding, when we decided to contact you.  With only one lesson (as we were traveling out of town), you provided exceptional choreography which was both creative but still easy to learn.  You guided us so patiently though the dance, videotaped the steps, and even sent a step-by-step routine so we could madly practice over the next few days. Our guests were shocked and so excited by the dance - it was definitely out of our "normal" comfort zone - but we had so much fun making the dance extra special.  I would highly recommend you to any future brides and grooms!  Thank you!

My husband and I decided to take a dance lesson before our wedding day.  We didn't want anything choreographed; we were just looking for someone to help us feel more comfortable dancing in front of our guests.  Bev taught us some basics and even helped us figure out some simple steps to make it through our song.  She videotaped us, which was helpful for home practice.  Our guests had no idea, however they all complimented us on our dance skills.  Little did they know a few weeks prior we had absolutely no idea what we were doing.  Bev, you are amazing and can make anyone feel comfortable on a dance floor.
